Can't believe you're doing this to me, Google

I'm now reconfiguring my MyYahoo account, which I haven't used since 2005? 2007? whenever iGoogle was introduced.  It's like a lame outdated version of iGoogle, but at least Yahoo didn't close it for no reason.  It's hard to configure, ugly, and hard to use, but at least it won't be disapearing for no reason with no alternative provided.  Pathetic Google.  Fucking Pathetic.

  1. I agree. I love iGoogle. It gives me a home page that's created by me, with little programming knowledge or experience. I'm sure there are alternatives out there, but why go looking when iGoogle already does what I want.

    Thanks for pointing it out..

    1. yeah. I don't get it at all. I love how it allows me to use my task list with a few RSS feeds and the weather, and sometimes stocks. I agree, I could do that in seperate mobile apps, but when I have this great widescreen laptop, why not let me view more than one source of info? I guess it's an old school newspaper thing, but I really don't think it would cost them much to keep it open just to satisfy a few... They must be driving the eyeballs somewhere, but where?

(again, thanks for reading and commenting! => )
